Our Journey Together
The main package of sessions that I offer to people who begin working with me is a container of three months of weekly sessions.
This involves three one-on-one 60-minute sessions per month and one 90-minute group coaching session per month.
Every session we do is aimed at bringing you to the full experience of the outcomes you want to achieve by the end of our three months together.
As we reach the end of the three months we will assess where you’re at with your goals.
If you feel you would like to continue sessions then we will assess and agree on another session package offering that will be the best fit for our continued work together.
All your sessions will be tailored specifically to your needs, who you are, the specific outcomes you want to experience, and ultimately, to you living the life of your dreams.
Through guiding you into your own unique experience of Soul and Mind Unity, and healing what’s in the way of genuinely experiencing the Truth of who you are, you living the aligned life of your dreams and realizing your deepest soul purpose will be a natural occurrence.
The true expression of your soul will unfold through the resonance of who you are.

Accelerated Evolution
The main methodology I utilize and am certified in is Accelerated Evolution.
Accelerated Evolution is a powerful body of work comprised of verbally guided inner processes designed to help you quickly and effectively free yourself from your deepest pains, problems, wounds, and limiting beliefs, allowing you to experience inner freedom, flow state, oneness, and awaken the innate wisdom within yourself for how you can move forward in your life.

A bold statement, I know, but this work is built on the principles of what truly creates transformation in a person's life.
With these methods and all the sessions we do I will aim to provide you with a powerful life-transformative experience, along with tools, techniques, and understandings to navigate challenges and fuel your own awakening for the rest of your life.
